If I purchase the item today when will you dispatch it?
We aim to dispatch the item the same day if we can, however, where the item is purchased out of hours we will dispatch it on the next working day.
Once the item is dispatched when should I receive it?
We post all of our items either by Courier or Royal Mail. We would expect you to receive the item 2 days after it was dispatched however you should allow up to 3 days to allow for courier or postal delays before contacting us. On items that are dispatched via courier we will notify you of a tracking number so that you can check the progress of your delivery online yourself.
What should I do if my item arrives and is damaged?
It is very rare due to the level of packaging that we use for an item to be damaged in transit, however, if an item does arrive damaged either call us or email us at email@example.com and we will either replace the item if we have another in stock or provide a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you no longer want the item simply contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us and we will arrange a refund. If the item has been delivered to you and it is within 30 days you can cancel the order and receive a full refund provided that the item is undamaged and is returned to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
